About

As a trusts and estates attorney, I know that thinking about issues related to your death or incapacity can be difficult. I spend time with each client to make sure we address all your concerns and can tailor your estate plan to your individual needs.

We had very little knowledge about estate planning, but we knew we wanted to take care of our family and plan ahead, and we couldn’t have chosen a better attorney to help us do that! Mylinh guided us through the estate-planning process with the perfect balance of information and advice. To get started, she gave us a helpful questionnaire so she could determine our wishes and how best to meet the needs of our situation. She answered all of our questions and offered explanations that were informative and not overwhelming. After a very straightforward and easy process, we received a will and trust, powers of attorney, healthcare powers of attorney, and most importantly—peace of mind! Thank you, Mylinh!

What is Estate planning?

Estate planning is more than writing a will. If you have young children, estate planning involves planning for their care if you are unable to care for them yourself. Estate planning allows you to decide what happens to your assets at your death, but it also allows you to decide what happens if you are unable to make decisions for yourself while you are still alive.
